Fritz, age 6 years
Weimaraner
Spriggs Wat

My name is Fritz and when my parents adopted me at 8 weeks, I was all legs and floppy ears.

As I grew, I learned it was quite easy to help myself to the delicious food so conveniently left out for me in our kitchen. Often whole skillets of pork chops are left for me while Mom momentarily leaves the kitchen. On school mornings, sometimes she prepares three sandwiches at a time and leaves them out for me while she wakes everyone up. I am not sure why she screams when she returns. Maybe I should thank her.

I have eaten entire chocolate cakes, boxes of Thin Mints and, one time, even a rosemary Christmas tree. I thought it was quite tasty although the incident did lead to me being extremely sick. This “counter-surfing” habit has gotten me into a lot of trouble and possibly some near-death experiences.
