It’s not exclusive, and anyone can join in at the lunch. The annual “club” lunch and fashion show for the women’s clubs of Sandalwood Garden Club, Memorial Forest, Tealwood and Whispering Oaks was held at the Junior League, with native fashion guru Elaine Turner as the featured speaker. Trending styles, she said, are denim, tunics, feather details on purses, and slipper shoes. Barbara Files, Beverly Mattern, Halin Kallaby, Patty Busmire and Candy Weinstein were wearing the latest.
