Five Boy Scouts, (pictured, from left) Christian Dixon, Joshua Beall, Joseph Fox, Tommaso Costantini and Nathan Malone, were awarded the rank of Eagle Scout at a Court of Honor ceremony for Troop 642, sponsored by Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church. Beall is 18, a senior at Memorial High School; Costantini, 18, is a senior at Strake Jesuit College Preparatory; Christian Dixon, 18, and Nathan Malone, 17, are both seniors at Second Baptist High School, and Joseph Fox, 18, is a senior at Stratford High School. To earn the top rank, Beall led the repair and replacement of playground equipment for The Mission Center of Houston.  Costantini organized construction of outdoor chess tables at Bendwood Elementary. Dixon worked with the Texas Ramp Project to build a wheelchair ramp at a house. Fox built storage bins and bookcases for Memorial Assistance Ministries. Malone’s project was fabricating squirrel cages and owl boxes for the Wildlife Center of Texas.
